The Wooden Jungle

Fearless.

Yup. That might be an appropriate middle name for me. My inability to walk yet has not hampered me from venturing to places of danger and harm.

Of late, I simply love to explore the wooden jungle in my home – the dining table. The accompanying chairs do make the jungle seem more daunting and scary…but it’s more adventure for me! :-D

Although Koko Collin never did like to play in this wooden jungle when he was younger, he is strangely now more than happy to follow me into this jungle every now and then. Hee!

Thank God I have not found any jungle animals yet…although Koko Collin does act like one sometimes..:-P

Honk! Honk!

"hurry up! i can't wait all day!"

I know I may be still small enough to drive…but that won’t stop me from standing in the driver’s seat!…and honking too! Hee!

Now I understand why KoKo Collin simply loves to be behind the steering wheel! :-P

Laptop Fantasy

Over time, I have observed that with our limitless and creative imagination, anything, yeah, just about ANYTHING be ANYTHING you want…

For example, Papa has often mentioned I’m still too small to work or play on my own laptop. And since he has this strange phobia that I might drop his laptop or spill some drink over it, Papa’s laptop is usually kept beyond my reach.

The options available to me then was either to ONE, wait some many good years before I know how to handle a laptop properly without destroying it first, TWO – throw a tantrum and scream my lungs out in faint hopes that I will get one…or THREE, make my own laptop out of anything at all!

So far, my laptop has come in various sizes and materials….like my story book,  a box, napkins, a folded card, etc.

See how far imagination can carry you, eh? :-P

Playful Times with Ah Mai!

I always enjoy it when Ah Mai Pei Yee comes down to KL for a visit. For some reason, I always seem to hook up to her very fast, making her my ‘best friend’ in an instant!

The other day when she was down in KL together with Ah Por, the weather was quite good, so I pleaded and dragged Ah Mai outside to show her my favourite playground. Hee!

Here are some of the photos taken during our day out to the playground!

Love at First Bite

Armed with some teeth, I am definitely ready to take one the world!

Yeah…be it wood, rubber bands, plastics, books, chairs, spoons, or other humans, I am fearless enough to sink my teeth into them…

Hmmmm...wood seems to taste good too..;-P

Sure, if anyone is on the receiving end of my bite, it may feel painful at first, but I guess it is my cute way to show my affection…hey, I still can’t talk nor express it in any less painful way, ok?  :-P

I’m Overcute!

A recent to our favourite doctor was kinda disturbing.

After the normal checkups with me sitting on the scale, wrapping some flexible ruler around my head and making me lie down on some huge ruler, the doctor concluded that I was still found to be on the small side – underweight and underheight compared to average numbers of my same age group.

Sigh. Perhaps that’s why now I make my hints louder by opening my mouth bigger and make louder noises when Papa and Mama start eating those adult stuff like rice and bread. Hee!

But no matter what the doc said, I don’t think I’m the least perturbed. Instead, I would like to believe that though I may be underheight and underweight, but I am definitely ‘overcute’. Hee! Don’t you think so? :-P

It’s a Mall, Mall World!

Some of my best times are spent in the shopping mall. Yeah, no kidding. When Papa and Mama got there to get the house groceries and stuff, I always look forward to the children’s department, clothes (just love ‘em clothes racks…), and best of all if the mall came equipped with those fun kiddy rides…

Here is an example of my day at the mall a couple of weeks ago…

safety gates are so much fun! :-)

my philosophy: better squeeze thru while I still can..

rock-a-bye Collin....

time for a power nap before I continue shopping...

perfect way to cap off a shopping day - riding on a carousel!
