Baby Gaga

I must admit I am sometimes quite envious of Koko Collin who can now spew out some songs (although most of the time in the wrong key..) from his mouth.

While I still struggle to form audible words, I believe I am pretty close to mimicking Lady Gaga….partly because most of her songs consist of lyrics I am surprisingly quite familiar with.

For example, don’t you think her Bad Romance’s “Rah-rah-ah-ah-ah, roma roma-ma, gaga, ooh la la..” has the same lingo as my “ang goo goo gaga boo boo…” Hee!

Family Foto Friday!

Is my face growing round and rounder like Papa's? Hee!

Skip, Hop & Jump!

What’s the best way to travel from Point A to Point B?

method 1: driving…my personal favourite…but Papa still does not allow me to use this method. Perhaps it could eb due to the small little problem of my feet not being able to reach those metal pedals underneath the steering wheel..

method 2: walk…typical, dull, boring….typically complemented with hand holding in crowded areas

method 3: run…effective, but tires me out quickly….must be used sparingly..

method 4: Hop, skip, jump…the motion of moving forward in a happy and funny manner….I’m lovin’ it! Perhaps that explains why happy people usually skip around!  Hee!

Yay! Bath Time!

My bathing experience has evolved much over the past couple of months….but I still totally enjoy it! The following is a list of five things I enjoy about bath times now….

1. I can now steadily hold the shower spray…now I am not the only one who gets wet…hehe!

2. Playing with the small, medium and big ‘cups’ really make me happy. :-D

3. Biting toothbrush moments….dunno why Papa and Mama prefer me to brush my teeth with it anyway…

4. Spitting out saliva after every brush sure is refreshing..:-P

5. Playing with WATER! yay!

Built for European nights?

Everyone is wired differently.

So as I reflect on my sleeping habits, I am seriously beginning to wonder if I am naturally wired to stay awake in the wee hours of the morning. In Papa’s footballing jargon, I would be deemed to be built for European nights….because those games are usually played during teh wee hours of the morning in Malaysia, and also because some football teams seem to be wired to perform better during these cooler, chilly nights.

Papa’s Man U certainly didn’t perform on two of such nights this season….hmmm…which may probably explain why I am not woken up for those nights anymore of late. :-p

Bigger Hints?

Riddle me this..

I know sometimes it can be quite difficult to tell apart a baby boy and a baby girl, but when BIG hints such as the following are shouting and screaming, what are the odds of some people questioning if I’m a boy? Sigh..

- Wearing pink/red regularly…

- Wears leg warmers or leggings..

- Most shirts and blouses have ribboned or flowery buttons…

Sigh….

Happy Mama Day 2010!

“We Love You!”

Smile of the Day!

Rolling, rolling, rolling…

Ahhh…another new skill discovered…the wonderful feeling of turning over and rolling about. Hee!

Of course….with great skills come great pains…like the first contact discoveries with my cot ( now I know it’s mde of hard wood!…), first contact with the tiled floor (it’s really cold!!:-p), and yeah….multiple bruising contacts with Koko Collin, who can’t seem to contain his excitement in showing me how to roll around like a pro like he is…sigh…

ouch...it's like bumper cars on a mattress !

Eat Football, Sleep Football, Poop Football…

Papa sure takes football training/brainwashing seriously…even when I’m having a relaxing poop on my potty, I sometimes get a toy football to play with….really!

Now I am really concerned over what happens when I sleep…does Papa whisper football stuff into my ears? Gasp!
